Adding interactive question and answer pathways or quizzes

The Right Decision Service has a built-in Question & Answer Pathway Builder functionality that can be used to create:

  • Interactive pathways comprising questions and criteria that guide users down the appropriate route of a decision tree.  An example is the frailty screening pathway used in the NHS Forth Valley Flow Navigation Hub.
  • Interactive scoring tools that provide scores based on validated  risk criteria for example, the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Score.
  • interactive quizzes to check learning. All of the learning quizzes in this toolkit have been created using this feature.

Users can download a record of their responses as a PDF file or copy and paste into Word.

The RDS does not store or process any person-identifiable information.

A learning resource on using the Q&A pathway builder is under development. In the meantime, a user guide can be downloaded here.
