HMC Procedures: All pre-operative prophylactic antibiotics (other than vancomycin) will be administered by anesthesiologist during the intra-operative skin prep and automatically DISCONTINUED WITHIN 24 hour unless otherwise specified. If MRSA positive, vancomycin will be initiated by nursing in the ASU/PACU.
